The slab cutter can cut cold process soap from large slabs into logs and then into bars, the machine is a single wire cutter pulled through by hand, we only make this machine to cut soaps of up to 4 inches thick as it is has no power except the operator

Slab Cutter This is cutter is developed to cut large slabs of cold process soap. The slab cutter has a cutting length of 16 inches = 405 mm and will cut to a depth or thickness of 3 1/2 inches = 90mm, the length of slab can be over 24 inches = 600mm. The machine has a guide which is easy to use, just measure the width of cut and set the guide and you can cut to that dimension all day, by drawing the single wire towards you. |

This picture shows the machine used to cut the logs into bars , it is easy set the guide and slice off bars, the benefit of using this machine is that you can make adjustments to the guide to get the correct size and weight . |
