Bar cutter or Hand cutter

Hand cutter This is a robustly built machine made to give years of service, it will cut blocks of cold process soap 4 x 4x15 inches = 100 x 100x 380 cm or 5 x 3x15 inches = 125 x75 x380 cm into bars .This will also cut pipe moulded soaps. The wires are stainless steel and have tensioning bolts, the machine is made of steel on a ply wood base. Each cut has square edges and sides, each bar cuts to the same size every time. The Hand cutter can be ordered with any spacing of wires, each machine is supplied with a set of spare wires should you need them.
We have made a mould for this machine, this mould gives two of the dimensions of the finished bar. The inside dimensions of the moulds are 14 inches by 3 inches by 3 inches, or 355 mm + 75 mm + 75 mm .The soap can be poured to a depth of your choice, you only have to cut the soap once for the finished bar size.
